By accessing or using Birdpool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Birdpool provides an online platform for creating and managing golf pool contests among friends, family, and colleagues. The Service is intended for entertainment purposes only.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Birdpool complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Pool organizers are responsible for the conduct of their pools and for ensuring participants are aware of any prize arrangements.
Birdpool does not facilitate gambling. Any prize arrangements between pool participants are solely the responsibility of the pool organizer and participants. Birdpool collects no wagers and distributes no winnings.
Creating a pool is free for up to 4 entries. Pools with 5 or more entries require a one-time fee of $20 per pool, payable by the pool organizer. Fees are non-refundable.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that scoring data will be error-free. Live scoring is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be inaccurate or delayed.
Birdpool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
